I think my generation knew more about music than today's generation.  We worked hard to save our money to go out and buy our favorite band's new album.  Then we read it cover to cover, I knew who played drums on what song and where the album was recorded.  I also would spend hours looking at the covers and inside covers.  Some of the albums had great artwork.  Look and any old Fleetwood Mac Album while Peter Green was with them. The album art was extraordinary.

If you were a teenage boy, you also spent hours looking at any Linda Ronstadt album cover.  Be honest, her album "Living In The USA" did more for roller skating than John Travolta ever thought about doing.

I remember my dad walking into my room and seeing Bob Seger's "Night Moves" album, he thought I'd jumped ship and started worshiping the devil.  It was so dark and Bob looked like Satan.

Good thing he didn't dig a little deeper and find my Zeppelin albums.

OK, tell me what was your favorite album cover?  Not your favorite album, but the artwork.
