Behka’s Secret Stash: Ringo Starr

Kids, as you may recall, I am a bit of a Beatles nut.  Well, there's no "bit" about it.  I'm a full on, hardcore nerd and I love the Beatles, not unlike how I love my pinky toe. It's a lot.

So of course, since I love The Beatles, I also follow what they've done after the group ended, since...that encompasses the entirety of my lifespan.  So today's Stash isn't probably so secret.  But, the thing is, Ringo is Ringo.

Ringo is nowhere near as prevalent in popular culture these days as Paul McCartney. Nobody asked Ringo to headline the 12-12-12 concert.  Not that Ringo isn't great, it's just that he's not the songwriter that Paul is.  So people kind of forget about Ringo.

But, he did a very thoughtful, sentimental album not too long ago and I thought I'd share a song from it for your Stashiness.
