History Can Be Made for SFCC Basketball This Week

It's already been a great year for the State Fair Community College Roadrunners, and tonight starts what could be a historical run for both the women and the men.

The SFCC women need a win tonight to have any hopes of finishing in the top two and get a first round bye in the region tournament.  The Ladies take on the top seed Crowder Lady Roughriders tonight at 5:30 p.m.  The Lady's lost to Crowder earlier this year at Crowder, and this is a MUST win game.

The State Fair Men take on West Plains tonight at 7:30 p.m.  The men are sitting atop the standings in the region.  The men have not won Region 16 since the early 1970s, and with only three games left, they must win at home tonight to have a shot.

Both teams are at home this Saturday for Homecoming against the Moberly Greyhounds, and the same lofty goals are at stake.  We need our biggest crowds of the year for both games, so come ready to be loud and show your support.  It doesn't get any bigger than this, Roadrunner fans!
