If I Was Stuck On an Island: The Top 10 Artists I’d Want to Listen To

My attempt at blogging starts today, so I hope you'll play along. I thought I would start with something simple: if I was stuck on an island, what 10 artists' greatest hits would I want to pass the time.  My taste is pretty eclectic and I enjoy local artists, but if you dont have a CD, you can't make the list.  :)
In no particular order:

10) The Nace Brothers: Trouble on the Hill - These guys have been one of my favorites for many years and are great friends.  David has one of the most soulful voices ever.

9) Led Zeppelin - Greatest rock band of all time in my opinion.  Need I say more?

8 ) Crosby Stills and Nash - Unbelievable harmonies with something to say.

7) The Temptations - Ruffin and Kendrick.

6) My real passion the blues, so lets start with Bobby Blues Band.

5) Howlin' Wolf

4) Trampled Under Foot - Can't imagine a day without listening to Danielle.

3) Peter Green does Robert Johnson's song book

2) Etta James

1)Teddy Pendergrass w/wo Harold Melvin
