Smith-Cotton Hosts Warrensburg in Rivalry Game on Friday

If you are a sports fan, there really isn't anything better than a great rivalry.  Missouri vs. Kansas, Duke vs. North Carolina, Chiefs and Raiders, Cardinals vs. Cubs.  When it comes to high school sports, it's Smith-Cotton and Warrensburg.

We get another rendition of this great rivalry Friday night and the Smith-Cotton Tigers host Warrensburg for court warming.  It's also hall of fame night, as 3 new people will be inducted into the Smith-Cotton Athletic Hall of Fame. The Inductees are Libby Howard (Class of 1994), Norris Kelley (Class of 1956), and Charles Van Dyne (Class of 1919).

Both varsity games promise to be great match ups, if you can't come to the games we will be carrying them live on our sister station AM 1050 KSIS with Al McCurdy.  Get your black and gold on and come out and support our Tigers
