Jennifer Garner is making a TV return, but she’s not the only one. The former Alias star is Camping out at HBO with Girls team Lena Dunham and Jenni Konner, as based on a British series of the same name.
We’re three episodes deep into the final season of Girls (the third of which you can watch ahead of the Oscars), but one wonders how Hannah, Marnie, Jessa and Shoshanna will close out the series. Allison Williams in particular had her own idea for Marnie’s (and another character’s) end, but does sharing it with Seth Meyers mean it won’t happen?
HBO’s Girls started its first controversy with Hannah Horvath (and by association Lena Dunham)’s supposition that she might be “the voice of my generation,” and the sixth and final season seems not to have forgotten that. Our full trailer for the HBO dramedy’s final year sees Hannah back in her element, trying to write the “final chapter.”
The sixth and final season of HBO’s Girls will be here before you know it, and the network is already looking forward to 2017. See the first footage of the final season in a new collective HBO promo, along with other first looks at Pete Holmes comedy Crashing, and more.
Like any mega-star comedian, Amy Schumer has an extensive resume of earlier appearances on TV. Girls fans in particular might remember Schumer’s brief role as the overbearing friend of Adam’s ex, as well that Schumer previously auditioned for the role of Shoshanna, which creator Lena Dunham now explains “wasn’t meant” to be.
HBO has been cranking up the Game of Thrones marketing early for Season 6, first a poster, then a trailer teasing Jon Snow’s return, and before 2015 is even out, we’ve been blessed with the first footage. See Dany’s new digs, and Cersei’s new ‘do in the first official Game of Thrones Season 6 footage!
