Trampled Under Foot Debuting New Songs from ‘Badlands’ During 92.3 BOB-FM’s Blues Hour

I had the opportunity to spent New Year's Eve with Trampled Under Foot, and after the show, I hung out with Nick. While we were ringing in the New Year, he mentioned that he would like for me to hear parts of the new Trampled CD. Well, low and behold, a couple of weeks later, I received it.

I have kept my word and not let anyone hear it but I have about worn it out. Yesterday, Nick was kind enough to get up early for an interview. Doug, who produces the blues show, asked him when he was going to let us play some cuts of the new album. Well to my surprise, Nick said go ahead get it out there.

The album is called 'Badlands,' and you will get to hear some of it on Saturday's Blues Hour at 6 p.m. I have always said that TUF was one of the best bands on the planet, but what doesn't get said enough is they are great people too. I am fortunate enough to call Nick, Chris and Danielle friends, and I feel very honored to be one of the first people in the world to play this music on the radio. The album is sensational and I hope you at least tolerate my interview.
