I was having a conversation with one of our new people here today, and let me preface this by saying that at first glance, Kellie seems to be a nice normal girl.  Kind of quiet and unassuming, but normal.  Then as I was walking out the door, someone mentioned rainbows and fairy dust and unicorns because that's what we spread when we leave the offices.  I was almost to the door and Kellie said (and I quote), "When I was a little girl I thought my parents were bears."

I laughed and said, "What do you mean?" She continued, "I thought my parents put on human suits during the day, and at night they took them off and went back to being bears. I was afraid to get up at night because they may put me on a cracker."

Now remember, she is new, so I am trying to be gentle with her, but my mind is racing.  This has got to be great morning show fodder, but I don't want to scare her off and I don't want to go all Freudian on her either, but what was the big lie her parents told her to keep her in bed at night?

Others here, like Leslee, believed her stuffed animals were alive at night and had to be tucked in.  Marcie believed the moon was made of cheese, and Staci believed that you can never step on a bug because if you save them they might give you three wishes.  Julie still believes that the people on TV can see her.

And by Marcie, Staci, Julie I mean Kellie. Oh man, I want to live in her head for just one day.
