Basketball Fever in Sedalia

I have been in a gym covering or watching basketball almost every night for the past two weeks.  Either calling SFCC games or watching the SC Tigers. I've been to about 20 games so far, and we are still in November.

The good thing is all the teams are good and fun to watch.  SFCC men and women have gotten off to great starts.  The ladies are at 9-2 and the men are 8-3. The SC Lady Tigers won their first game of the year in the Marshall Tournament.  The SC boys lost their first game, but it was a very competitive game.

I love the game and it's fun to watch the kids playing so well.  I must admit, I have called national tournaments, high school final 4s and championship games, but nothing compares to the thrill of watching your own kids play.  I am like a expecting father in the stands.

Anyway, get out and watch any or all of our local teams and support them.
