Pettis County Juvenile Officer Carr to Address Pachyderms

The guest speaker this Friday at the weekly meeting of the Pettis County Pachyderm Club will be Tim Carr, Pettis County Chief Juvenile Officer.

The meeting will take place at the Heckart Community Center, 1800 W. 3rd Street, and starts at noon.

Members and visitors are invited to attend, and encouraged to eat lunch at the Sedalia Senior Center before the meeting starts at noon.

Also, a community-wide breakfast for Missouri Right to Life will be held Nov. 23 at the Knights of Columbus Hall Council 831, 1708 Elm Hills Blvd., from 9 to 1 for a freewill offering to help defeat a proposed amendment to the Missouri Constitution that would legalize abortion.
