An ice cream social fund-raiser will be held July 5 from 2 to 3 p.m., at the Kaysinger Pioneer Village, located next to the Truman Dam Visitor Center, 29027 Visitor Center Road, Warsaw, for a freewill donation.
The Kaysinger Bluff Pioneer Heritage Association is raising funds to make repairs to the historic Powell-Crabtree Cabin where Jesse James once stayed.

Other activities include exhibitors, entertainers and food starting at 9 a.m. At 11 a.m., there will be an Elmore Legacy Spelling Bee. And at 1 p.m., there will be a reading of the Declaration of Independence.
