St. Patrick’s Limerick Contest Rules

The following are the specific rules for this contest; in addition to these specific rules, Townsquare Media's General Contest Rules apply. You can read those here.

1. KSDL and KXKX will provide one clue/limerick read three (3) times daily on each radio station near the top of the hour at 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 5:00 PM CST. Additionally, the limerick will be posted on the KSDL and KXKX websites by noon daily.
2. Clues/limericks will air every day of the week, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
3. There will be a clue/limerick every day starting March 4, 2026, and concluding March 14, 2026.
4. The contest will be concluded if the coin is found before March 14, 2026, and turned in to the radio station. When the station is aware the coin has been found, we will cease providing clues.
5. The person who finds the coin must bring it to Townsquare Media studios, 2209 S. Limit Avenue, Sedalia, MO, 65301, during regular business hours (8:00 AM—5:00 PM Monday through Friday) to claim the prize package.
6. After the contest concludes on March 14, 2026, our winner must present himself or herself at the radio station before 5:00 PM CST on Monday, March 23, 2026, to claim the prize package.
7. If no one presents themselves and the coin at the Townsquare Media studios by 5:00 PM CST Monday, March 23, 2026, to claim the prizes, Townsquare Media Sedalia-Warrensburg will run an enter-to-win contest on the KXKX and KSDL apps open to all qualified listeners and award the prize package to one winner chosen at random from all qualified entries.
8. All giveaways and contests are void where prohibited by law. All local, state, and federal regulations apply. As a licensee of the FCC and a trustee of the public airwaves, Townsquare Media reserves the right to interrupt and/or discontinue any contest or promotion (and not award the offered prize) at the discretion of Townsquare Media management if world events, the national mood, or public safety so warrant. Townsquare Media reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the contest rules have been violated in any way. Townsquare Media reserves the right to amend the rules to any contest at any time. All decisions of Townsquare Media are final.
9. You must be 21 or older to participate in this contest.
10. Townsquare Media assumes no liability for situations, repairs, or incidents arising from any aspect of any prize awarded in any contest. Townsquare Media their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees, and immediate families of each absolve themselves and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any contest or prize awarded in any contest.
11. All prizes are non-transferable, may not be sold, and are not redeemable for cash. Townsquare Media reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value. Townsquare Media cannot be held responsible for unforeseen cancellations or delays of concerts/events or transportation caused by weather, promoter, or performer.
12. The Townsquare Media stations, all participating co-sponsor companies and their advertising and promotional agencies absolve themselves and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any station contest or prizes awarded in any station contest. Townsquare Media makes no warranties of any kind with respect to the prize, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Townsquare Media hereby expressly disclaims any and all such warranties.
