There’s Only One Missouri Restaurant Reigns Supreme as Best BBQ
For another year this iconic Missouri BBQ restaurant reigns supreme once again.
The battle of who has the best BBQ in Missouri, St. Louis, or Kansas City rages on, but one restaurant in one of the cities is supreme. Love Food listed the best BBQ restaurant in each state for 2024, and once again (to no one's surprise), Arthur Bryant's is the best in Missouri.
History of Arthur Bryant
Known as the "King of Ribs" Arthur Bryant is the most renowned "barbeque" in history. From his unique sauce and style, he has cooked for presidents, celebrities, and millions of visitors to his restaurant over the years.
I have never had Arthur Bryant's (yet) BBQ, but every time I visit KC it's brought as being somewhere to possibly eat. Go earlier cause I am sure all the good stuff sells out fast. Also, the sides aren't too bad either. Try their coleslaw, potato casserole, and baked beans all must-try dishes.
If you ever get a chance to visit KC and you want rue, authentic Kansas City BBQ this is the place to get the best, and it's nationally endorsed as well.
Then renowned New Yorker Author, Calvin Trillin declared that, “...the single best restaurant in the world is Arthur Bryant's Barbecue at 18th & Brooklyn in Kansas City”.
