USA Today reports that you can expect price increases on ground beef, up to $5.80 per pound, and prices are expected to keep rising in 2025. Chicken prices are up 2.8%, beef steaks have increased by 7%, and ground beef has jumped 10%. But there’s a bit of good news: hot dog prices are down 4.3%. So, get ready to serve up lots and lots of hot dogs this summer

Toppings Won't be as Expensive

It looks like this summer, you’ll catch a bit of a break when it comes to burger toppings, lettuce, and tomatoes are decreasing in price, along with French fries. However, bread prices are going up by 1.9%.

I don’t think the rising prices will stop any of us from grilling this summer. We might not be able to throw the big backyard BBQs like we used to, but most of us will take the hit just to enjoy the outdoor grilling season.
