Forbes Gives Perfect 5-Star Ratings to Just 5 Missouri Hospitals

Getting a perfect score on anything isn't easy. Just ask any of my teachers. For 5 Missouri hospitals, a perfect score was attainable according to brand new ratings just shared by Forbes.

Forbes just released their 2026 list of the best hospitals in America. As you might imagine, there aren't that many Missouri hospitals that made the list and even fewer received an overall perfect score of 5-stars. Forbes used 4 primary categories to rank hospitals including value, patient experience, best practices and outcomes. All of those numbers were then crunched down into an overall score. Here are the only medical facilities in Missouri to get the perfect 5-star overall rating:

Boone Hospital Center - Columbia, Missouri

Mercy Hospital - Lebanon, Missouri

Mosaic Life Care - St. Joseph, Missouri

Parkland Health Center - Farmington, Missouri

St. Luke's North Hospital - Barry Road - Kansas City, Missouri

Out of the many hospitals in Missouri, only 15 made the Forbes list at all. These 5 medical facilities represent the best of the best in the state of Missouri when it comes to patient care according to Forbes.
