Sedalia Community Band begins 2026 Season June 18

The Sedalia Community Band will kick of their 2026 season on Thursday, June 18 starting at 7 p.m., at Liberty Park, just east of Moore’s Train Station.

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets if you wish, to each concert, which will feature over 70 musicians every week.

Each concert will have a theme, including:

June 18  - Children’s Concert with a dinosaur theme

June 25 – Music Through the Decades

July 2 – America 250 (this concert will take place at the Furnell Pavilion in downtown Sedalia)

July 9 – Movies, TV & Broadway

July 16 – Christmas in July

July 23 – Favorites (fans will vote on their favorite pieces from the season they want to hear again)

There is no cost to attend, and if the weather is disagreeable, the concert will be moved indoors to Convention Hall.
