Leave Your Budweiser Blues Hour Requests Here

Every Friday morning Doug and I record the Budweiser Blues Hour for playback on Saturday night at 6 p.m.  I must admit, it is one of my favorite things to do during the week.  As you know, I love the blues.

Some of you still think of the blues as sad old music, when in fact it is anything but that.  If you are a '70s rock fan, I dare you to listen to something from Gary Clark Jr. or Joe Bonamassa or Tedschi Trucks Band and tell me it's not Hendrix-esque or modern day Rolling Stones.  Of course I love the traditional blues too, but modern day rock has found a home in contemporary blues music.

Take a moment or two and listen to some of these artists, and see if I can win you over.
