MSHP Arrest Reports for June 4, 2024

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 41-year-old Morgan E. Fante of Sedalia at 9:06 p.m. Friday in Pettis County. She now faces a charge of driving while intoxicated. Fante was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 52-year-old Bryan K. Collins of Warsaw at 3:17 p.m. Friday in Benton County. He now faces a charge of driving while intoxicated, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. Collins was taken to the Benton County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 44-year-old Travis E. Millsap of Windsor at 3:06 p.m. Friday in Pettis County. He now faces charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, and he was also wanted on a Henry County misdemeanor warrant. Millsap was taken to the Pettis County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 24-year-old Mallory J. Walz of Sedalia at 11:36 p.m. Thursday in Pettis County. She now faces two counts of felony driving while intoxicated with a person under the age of 17 in the vehicle. Walz was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 33-year-old Scott R. Whitcher of Sedalia at 7:57 p.m. Thursday in Pettis County. He was wanted on a felony Pettis County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, and a felony Pettis County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Whitcher was taken to the Pettis County Jail with no bond.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 31-year-old Kristi E. Whitcher of Sedalia at 7:43 p.m. Thursday in Pettis County. She was wanted on a felony Pettis County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, and a misdemeanor Pettis County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Whitcher was taken to the Pettis County Jail with no bond.
