Incredible Video Catches Descending Plane Nearly Clipping Beachgoers

We all have beach stories and we all have flying stories. Rarely, though, do the two intersect.

This video of a plane landing in St. Maarten is pretty amazing. The aircraft is aiming for the runway at Princess Juliana International Airport, which just so happens to be situated right next to Maho Beach. Like, right next to it, as in they could share the same mailing address.

We know St. Maarten is surrounded by water, but with so many beaches already maybe they could've skipped putting one right near a spot where your tan could be impeded by landing gear. Just sayin'.
