This 6 week detox/diet/exercise plan will have you feeling and looking your best!

If you have been putting off healthy eating and exercise for a while now, or every time you try to do right with your body, you quit or make mistakes....You're not alone!! in fact, I struggle with this same problem almost everyday. Twinkies, swiss rolls, soda, YUMMMMMMMM.

Err...I mean... GROSS!! Literally those sugars and bad carbs are destroying your body and will lead to an early grave. And when awareness on the possibilities of heart disease and diabetes is brought up, then those Twinkies sound pretty scary.

So NO MORE EXCUSES!!! Let's do this together. I have found a 6-day Detox Plan that is realistic. I will be posting one day at a time with the workout included.

First we need to figure out what body type you are. There are 5 body types that everyone fits into: Apple shape, hourglass, pear shape, pencil shape, and sporty shape.

Apple Shape: Apples are generally larger on the top half of their bodies than on the bottom. They commonly have slim hips and a large chest and stomach. Apples tend to gain weight above the waist or along the buttocks.

Hourglass: Ah...the envy of the party! you tend to have a well-proportioned upper and lower body with a distinctive smaller waist. However, if you are an hourglass you tend to gain weight all over your body, particularly in your hips and chest area.

Pear Shape: If you fall into this shape, then you tend to have a larger lower body and a smaller upper body. You will find that your hips are slightly wider than your shoulders, and that you tend to gain weight below your waist. Pears tend to have small waists and flat stomachs.

Pencil Shape: This is where I fall into. Pencils tend to be waif-like and slim. You have no large differences between the size of your hips, waist, and shoulders. You tend to put weight on your stomach and backside, although you will maintain your slender arms and legs.

Sporty Shape: You maybe a combination of the above shapes, but because you spend a lot of time at the gym, you probably have balanced your measurements a lot.

So how much weight do you need to lose? You can find your BMI using this formula.

Stay tuned for the Day One detox and exercise plans!!

WE CAN DO THIS!!!
