US Quality Construction Celebrates New HQ in Dresden
US Quality Construction held their grand opening Tuesday, June 3 at 19141 Menefee Road, where their new headquarters is now located in Dresden.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held following speeches by company founder Vladimir Tutevich and CEO Tim Kondratyuk.
The $10 million facility, built in 366 days, is expected to employ up to 40 people.
Jessica Craig, executive director of EDSPC, emphasized the far-reaching impact of strategic business investment during her remarks at the grand opening.
“Our office has proudly driven business recruitment and expansion in this region for decades. In just the past seven years, we’ve supported the creation of over 1,030 new jobs and helped retain more than 1,700 existing positions — reinforcing our commitment not only to growth but also to stability for local families. With $490 million in new capital investment, the ripple effect is powerful; every dollar invested can change hands seven times, magnifying its value and impact. We’re incredibly grateful to US Quality Construction for choosing Sedalia as their headquarters. They could have chosen anywhere — and the fact that they chose here speaks volumes about the opportunity and momentum building in Pettis County,” she said in a press release.
Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe also celebrated the construction company’s statewide significance.
“This project is a great example of when Missouri companies invest in communities across the state,” said Kehoe. “It’s that kind of innovation that strengthens our economy and creates opportunities for Missourians everywhere.”
