Warrensburg Man Injured in Lafayette County Crash

A Warrensburg man was injured in a two-vehicle accident that occurred Thursday morning in Lafayette County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that an eastbound 2002 Ford F-550, driven by a 57-year-old male from Higginsville, was on Highway 20 from Highway 13, while a 2008 Chevy Uplander was westbound around 11:20 a.m.

The Chevy, driven by a 19-year-old male from Sedalia, attempted to make a left turn onto Connection Street and the Ford struck the Chevy.

Injured was a passenger in the Chevy, a 41-year-old male from Warrensburg.  He was transported to Lafayette Regional Health Center by Lexington EMS with minor injuries.

Both vehicles had extensive damage and were towed from the scene.
