On the morning of January 28th, Officers were dispatched to the Prime Time* store, 216 West Broadway Boulevard to investigate a report of a robbery. The suspect had entered the store, and was immediately told to leave by staff. The suspect refused, asked the clerk if he wanted a haircut, and then displayed a pair of scissors in her hand. The clerk refused her, and she then asked if he wanted a mint. When the clerk refused again, she told him she wanted cigarettes and all the money in the register. The clerk refused, and told the suspect he would call the police. The suspect then stole a rose from the counter and left.
