After he was placed in the back of the vehicle, he was able to get his hands from his back to the front of his body. The Suspect freed himself of the seatbelt, and then climbed through the cage into the front driver’s seat. He then tried to manipulate the gear selector and switch gears. *Those four charges were the only charges listed in the Arrest Report. In Casenet #24PT-CR00250, the docket lists updated, with additional charges filed to Miley: felony Harassment in the 1st Degree (two counts), felony Animal Abuse in the 2nd Degree (By Torture And/Or Mutilation While Animal is Alive). The Domestic Assault charge is adapted to an Assault charge.

**24PT-CR00247 in Casenet does not list this charge (most likely because the Probable Cause statement notes the victim’s door was unlocked). The Possession of a Controlled Substance charge was changed to a felony.
