Boys & Girls Club Names Employees, Board Member of the Year
It was a night of celebration as Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri named Karlie Tucker and Daynelle Wolford as full and part time Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri employees of the year.
The two were honored during the annual staff and board celebration, held September 20, which brought together BGC staff and the Board of Directors to reflect on the past year’s accomplishments.
“We are incredibly proud of Karlie and Daynelle for all the work and dedication they’ve shown during the past year,” said Director of Operations Tyler Hudson. “They both were nominated several times for several awards, especially for their willingness to go above and beyond during the Summer Program.”
Longtime BGC Board of Directors member RJ Lindstrom was named Board Member of the Year for his tireless dedication and advocacy of the Club through the Bold Vision, Bright Future Campaign to build a teen center in Sedalia. Lindstrom has a been a board member for 14 years and is also heavily involved in the Club’s Resource Development Committee.
