The suspect contacts an individual associated with someone involved in a motor vehicle crash, identified themselves as the investigating trooper and attempted to solicit money from the victim.

A Lee’s Summit attempted homicide and kidnapping suspect was located traveling into Johnson County via 50 Highway from Jackson County.

These disclosures mark the beginning of what is anticipated to be a comprehensive and detailed investigation. The Johnson County Sheriff's Office is actively looking into  additional potential crimes that may have been committed as early as 2005.

Donald R. Loggins, 51years of age, a resident of Sedalia, was apprehended shortly thereafter.

I do not tell my wife what to do as that would not end well. However, there is a weird Missouri law that does tell women what to do and I'm pretty sure that most of the females I know in the state would not be pleased.

The indictment states that between May 1st of 2014 and January of 2019, the suspect had repeated sexual contact with a victim he knew to be under the age of fourteen.
