Missouri has been home to quite a few charting country artists over the years: Sara Evans, Chely Wright, Chris Janson, David Nail, Rhonda Vincent and Sheryl Crow are all from Missouri.

From tiny Frohna, Missouri Sam Barber has been chasing music fame in earnest since 2021. He’s had excellent streaming numbers on social media, got an American Idol golden ticket before being bounced in Hollywood. He’ tasted some minor chart success and played in Nashville, London, and opened for Ed Sheeran..(!!) last year he made his Grand Ole Opry debut. His debut album was just released November first.
