Boonslick Regional Library Book Donations

The Friends of the Boonslick Library in Sedalia will take donations of gently used books through May 15. Items may be dropped off at the Boonslick Regional Library at 219 West Third street during regular library hours.  All items must be in good to excellent condition.  No encyclopedias, dictionaries, or Readers Digest condensed books.  The donations will be used in the Friends of the Library Book Sale that will be held on May 16 from 10:30 to 5:00 p.m. and May 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the library meeting room.  The sale will include some used library furniture such as file cabinets, chairs, a desk, some computer and electronic equipment and a display case.  Proceeds from the sale will be used to purchase new book bins for the Children's Department.  For information, call 827-7323.
