Sedalia Moose Lodge 1494, 119 Winchester Drive, will host a fund-raiser for Coen Brown, son of SFCC Head Basketball Coach Matt Brown.
Coen Brown is battling Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumors, a rare form of cancer.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, April 23 from 11 a.m., to 3 p.m., and the public is invited.
A fried chicken lunch will be offered, which includes two pieces of chicken, two sides and a drink for $10. Chicken is donated by Tyson Foods, Inc.
There will also be a live auction at the event.
