Rotary Club Auction

To support local community projects, the Sedalia Rotary Club will host the 39^th Annual Sedalia Rotary Club Auction on Friday, April 12 beginning at 6:00 p.m. with food and beverage and live auction at 7:00 p.m. 

Nearly 100 community professionals make up the Sedalia Rotary Club, joining with over 1.2 million Rotarians worldwide who strive to live the motto, “Service Above Self”.  Auction proceeds and member volunteers have funded and supported literacy, educational excellence, the arts, housing, health and safety.  Specifically, over the past couple years the Sedalia Rotary Club has funded thousands in area High School student scholarships, helped to fund a portion of the new cancer and cardiovascular care center at Bothwell Regional Health Center, donated to the Sedalia Symphony, Sedalia sports programs, Jr. High Choirs, various High School leadership activities, Boy Scouts/Girl Scouts of America, Open Door Ministries, CACTUS and the Community Santa Campaign.

This year, the Sedalia Rotary Club Auction proceeds will support the Sedalia area schools BUDDY PACK PROGRAM, a program designed to provide backpacks full of nutritious food for children to take home over the weekend.  Over 622 children in Sedalia area schools benefit from this program through The Food Bank.
