Additional Information

Members of the State Fair Community College Student Dental Hygiene Club will collect oral care products from noon to 4 p.m. Feb. 21 at the Walmart Supercenter, 3201 W. Broadway, as part of the “America’s Tooth Fairy Smile Drive.”

The drive is a national campaign taking place in February, National Children’s Dental Health Month, to collect toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, and rinse for at-risk children and teens.

The donated products will be given to non-profit organizations. SFCC’s club will donate the products they collect to the Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri and give an oral health presentation to members.

The Dental Hygiene students also will collect oral care products Feb. 12-15 in the Parkhurst Student Commons and Feb. 17-20 in the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center on the Sedalia campus.

The project is sponsored by Walmart, Oral-B Stages and Kid’s Crest and cosponsored by invisalign®.
