Back for its 15th year, Warrensburg's #1 haunted attraction, Freaks Fair, will run for three nights only this season.

Family-owned and operated Freaks Fair strives to create a terrifying and memorable experience that will scare not only Warrensburg area residents, who have supported the haunted house since it began in 2009 but everyone in West Central Missouri.

Each year, the haunted attraction purchases only the scariest and most unique items to wow its guests and new and horrifying scenes are added to keep the experience fresh each Halloween season.

Here's a little taste of what to expect if you dare to enter Freaks Fair. This is from their website:

Over the years, the haunted attraction has won accolades from the readers of the Daily Star-Journal in both the Best of the Burg contest and as a Star Business, the latter coming in 2020.

Their website says, "We wouldn't be here without you! Thank you for voting us Best of the Burg and Star Business. We look forward to this year and having many more screams!"

Freaks Fair Haunted Attraction is only open for three nights from 7:00 PM—10:30 PM CDT this year: this Saturday, October 19, Friday, October 25, and Saturday, October 26. General Admission tickets are $13.00, and a speed pass is $23.00 if you want to get to the scary stuff faster. Tickets are available here.

Freaks Fair is not recommended for kids under 12; however, no one will be turned away if you're brave enough to enter. Like many haunted attractions, the experience includes intense audio, lighting, low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp and/or wet conditions, moving floors, special effects, and sudden actions.

Visitors will be subjected to a physically demanding experience, so be aware before exposing yourself or anyone you know. Their website has a more detailed warning.

Freaks Fair is located at 126 SW 400th Road, Warrensburg.
