On Monday at 5:37 a.m., Sedalia Police responded to Clay and Hogan for a report of subjects threatening people with guns.

 

Upon arrival, the suspects were observed driving away from the scene and a high-risk traffic stop was conducted at 315 East Clay.

 

All three subjects in the vehicle were arrested, including 26-year-old Angel Martinez, 43-year-old Alfredo Jimenez Rodriguez and 22-year-old Elias Martinez, Jr.

Total bond amount for each was $25,000.

Rodriguez and Angel Martinez both have a court date of April 28.

Elias Martinez has a court date of May 5.

A search of the vehicle revealed several firearms and drugs.

All three now face charges of possession of cocaine, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action. All three were placed on a 24-hour at the Pettis County Jail.
