Planning a Wedding Doesn’t have to be Stressful….
So, I got engaged in June. I always imagined what would happen when the question finally was asked: would I be having a romantic meal at a five star french restaurant? Would I be in the middle of a muddy field in the back of a pick up truck? You always think about the ways your special someone asks you to be his forever. Travis really did a good job with making me feel amazing on that day. He took me to the top of a mountain. The view was insane.
<<<<<That's me...about 20 minutes before he popped the question!
Of course I cried. I am pretty sure I peed a little.
After a few months of couple's bliss and bathing in love from all our friends and family, we started to plan. **BREAKS COMING TO A SCREECHING HALT!**
Did you know planning a wedding is incredibly time consuming and extremely stressful? Did I mention EXPENSIVE!!!! But very fun.
We are keeping most details between our family and close friends because I want it to be a surprise. But I will say that everyone has told me how stressful planning a wedding would be, and I must say that they are right. But did you know that stress can be good for you? In moderation, of course. I am honestly having the time of my life planning this wedding. I am marrying the man of my dreams!! And the fancy wedding I want is just a constant reminder that I will spend the rest of my life loving this person.
That's the real celebration.
Peace. Lexy.
