Every year, right after the Fair and right as the kids go back to school, the Sedalia Kiwanis plans a free fun event for the kiddos. It's a little later this year, but still good! This year, there's going to be a lot of fun activities!  It all takes place on Saturday, September 7, at Liberty Park.  You can see the shelter they'll be at from the street.  They'll have a Hula Hoop Contest, Gunny Sack Race, Balloon Toss, and free food for all the kids.

They will also have free car seat safety checks by the Pettis County Health Department and much more. There will also be a ton of fun things to do, absolutely free of cost.  Isn't it nice to get the the kids out of the house and playing, away from a screen?   You know how it goes, you get some freebies, get a hot dog and a drink and have a good time!  You don't want to miss out on this great event for the kiddos aged between one and twelve.

I'm sure there will also be a few surprises going on as well, so make sure you stop by between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday the 7th!
