South Park Milling, Overlay Work Announced

Starting Monday, Oct. 14 and continuing through Friday, Oct. 18, the City of Sedalia’s Public Works Operations Division will be milling and overlaying South Park Avenue from West 32nd Street to the south City Limits.
During this period, road construction will result in the roadway being closed to through traffic. Drivers in the area will want to use an alternate route to avoid delays. Residents living along this roadway will need to coordinate with City Crews on site should they need access to their driveways.

Mill and overlay work will begin each day at 6 a.m. and continue through 4 p.m. Heavy equipment and workers will be present in the roadway during this period. Inclement weather or equipment breakdowns could delay completion.
