There's a new declaration of the best diner chain having 38 Missouri locations, but we have so many questions.

The demise of one Missouri fast food location is great news for you if you love classic diners as one is about to open in what used to be a big chain burger place.

It's not easy to stay in business for 75 years, but that's what Missouri's best hole-in-the-wall diner has done.

It seems that everyone is a critic especially on the internet and I don't want to be one of those. However, even though Guy Fieri has taken his Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives show to 27 Missouri places, there are many classic places he's missed in our state.

When I think of Missouri food specialties, I think of BBQ and ravioli. However, neither have been included as a top 10 food favorite for Guy Fieri and his Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives TV show. It's tacos from Missouri that have dinged the bell and been named 2 of Guy's favorites from around the country.

Say what you want about Missouri, but it has its fair share of really great diners. That means when one gets called out by the internet as "the best", that means something in the Show Me State. The newest choice of online experts isn't near St. Louis or Kansas City either.
