Believe it or not, there's a little bit more to what we do here at the radio stations than being talkative.

It's always been a little awkward for me to tell people what I do.

Now that I'm back on the air with you, I think we should bring back the Community Corner.  What's that? It's a thing every day where I have a group, organization, charity or what have you come on the show to tell us what's going on - a time when people in our area can talk about what's going on in our area.

This year marks my 16th year with Better Country KIX 105, 92.3 Bob-FM and Newstalk 1050 KSIS. I remember when I thought of working in radio, the glitz and glamour of talking on the radio was all I thought people on the radio did. That was learned rather quickly that there is more to it.
