Sexual Misconduct

On Tuesday night, Sedalia Police responded to WalMart, 3201 West Broadway, after a woman reported that a man was recording up her dress in self-checkout.

A female subject reported that a male customer exposed his genitals while applying for life insurance.

The indictment states that between May 1st of 2014 and January of 2019, the suspect had repeated sexual contact with a victim he knew to be under the age of fourteen.

Tuesday evening, Deputies were dispatched to the 100 block of Willa Drive in Windsor, in reference to a possible disturbance.

58-year-old Don S. Mather, Jr., of the address, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail, where he was placed on a 24-hour hold.

Sedalia Police responded to a complaint about a male subject masturbating in the parking lot of Walmart, 3201 W. Broadway.

Donald Christopher Gibbs, 43, of Sedalia, was held pending charges of Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child, Soliciting a Child Over the Internet,

Detectives located and arrested Paul J. Schraml IV, 29, of Sedalia. Schraml was transported to the Pettis County Jail.

39-year-old Dustin L. Mcllroy, homeless, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.
