S-C senior Ellie Kimbrough has accepted athletic and academic scholarships to play softball at the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy of St. Louis.
Smith-Cotton High School senior Bradley Radu has accepted scholarships to compete in eSports and perform with the spirit squad at Missouri Valley College in Marshall.
The combined groups will perform a mix of music including some traditional Smith Cotton songs such as the Alma Mater, as well as a few holiday-themed pieces and a medley of well-known Irving Berlin tunes.
Bill Brown, Smith-Cotton Class of 1965 grad and a 2017 inductee into the S-C Athletic Hall of Fame, was recognized as the Sedalia School District Foundation’s 2024 Distinguished Alumni honoree.
