Now that the winter storm is past, Missouri has reported that some areas received more than 13 inches of snow and the state police responded to more than 1,200 distress calls.
The National Weather Service in St. Louis now says that Missouri should prepare for the worst and hope for the best with an intense winter storm approaching.
