When I think of Missouri food specialties, I think of BBQ and ravioli. However, neither have been included as a top 10 food favorite for Guy Fieri and his Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives TV show. It's tacos from Missouri that have dinged the bell and been named 2 of Guy's favorites from around the country.
