The first week is really centered around cleansing your body and refreshing your mind to clear away all the impurities that have taken over. If you are pregnant or nursing be sure to take to your physician before starting the detox program.

Breakfast:

1 1/2 Cups of Warm water with lemon juice (this really helps boast the immune system and help energize your morning) 1 Stick of celery and 1 carrot

Morning Snack: A handful of walnuts or sunflower seeds

Lunch: Tomato Soup (Not the condensed kind! Look up your favorite organic recipe)

Afternoon Snack: Carrot with 1 tlbsp of Hummus

Dinner: 8 oz of Cod with your favorite veggies (steamed)

Workout:

Run or jog for 10 mins to get your heart rate up!
