Traffic Stop For No Plate Leads To Arrest of Windsor Man
Thursday morning, Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle because it had no front license plate.
The stop was conducted in the area of South Grand Avenue and West 2nd Street. A check through Dispatch showed the driver had a criminal summons for Driving While Intoxicated and a Pettis County Failure to Appear warrant on original felony charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Christopher Howard Walker, 28, of Windsor, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail. Walker was booked in and given a cash or surety bond of $15,000.
