The home comes with the main house, a guest house, a putting green, 2 swimming pools with one indoors, a dock with six slips, tennis courts, a penthouse master bedroom with a wall of glass, and a water feature.

The home was built in 1999 and underwent a major remodeling in 2003 and is located in the Arrowhead Estates Pointe subdivision of Lake Ozark. There are no homeowners association fees either.
