Cases Resolved in Pettis County Circuit Court September 2 – 7

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from Sept. 2 - 7.

Freddie M. Thomas: age 52, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to consecutive 30, 5 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Robbery in the First Degree, 1 count Unlawful Use of a Weapon and 1 count Delivery of a Controlled Substance). Mr. Thomas was sentenced to an additional 5-year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Armed Criminal Action.

Scorpio Hernton: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 15, 10 year and 3-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matter (1 count for Burglary 1st Degree, 1 count Burglary 2nd degree and 1 count Sexual Abuse.

Martez L. Troy, Jr: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to four 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four separate matters (2 counts Driving While Revoked, 1 count Resisting Arrest and 1 count Leaving Scene of Accident).

Adam W. Krug: age 37, Warsaw, MO was sentenced to 15 and 4-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and Resisting Arrest.

Sabrina L. Maslin: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Justin T. Lindsey: age 32, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Logan J. Parker: age 22, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Resisting a Lawful Stop.

David G. Cross: age 64, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 and 5-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Trafficking in the Second Degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Yancey McKinney: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Amanda L. Adams: age 36, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to three 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Hydrocodone and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Alprazolam).

Amy Lynn Radford: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing. Ms. Radford was sentenced to two additional 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Wesley Ray Dickey: age 51, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Driving While Revoked.

Aaron R. Dove: age 27, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7, 5 and 5-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Heroin, 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Clonazepam and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine). Mr. Dove was sentenced to an additional 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Eric A. Pohl: age 44, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Justin A. Stone: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Walter P. Nicholson: age 28, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to three 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (2 counts Burglary in the Second Degree and 1 count Stealing). In addition, Mr. Nicholson was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Melissa Cartmill: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled-Suboxone.

Barry Rivera: age 24, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 7-year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two counts of Domestic Assault. Mr. Rivera was sentenced to an additional 2-year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Avery N. Williamson: age 31, Sedalia, Mo was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked
