Five Arrested After Search Warrant Served in Ionia
On July 13 around 7 a.m., a search warrant was served at 21847 Ionia Road in Pettis County.
This was the culmination of two-month investigation involving the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office, Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force, Benton County Sheriff’s Office and Pettis County Prosecutor Phillip Sawyer.
Upon entry, five adults and three children were observed to be present. Two of the adults attempted to flee from the residence but were apprehended without further incident.
During the search, approximately ¼ pound of methamphetamine was seized, assorted drug paraphernalia, and Psilocybin. Those arrested during this warrant service, and the charges being submitted to Prosecutor Sawyer, are as follows:
Jade R. Gibbs, 19, of Ionia: Pettis County Warrant for Robbery 2nd Degree ($50,000 bond), Benton County Warrant for DWI ($500 bond), and a new charge of Resisting Arrest.
Ashley A.N. Colliver, 33, of Ionia: Trafficking a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree.
Chelsea R. Cooper, 30, of Ionia: Possession of a Controlled Substance x 2.
Justin T. Lindsey, 31, of Ionia: Pettis County Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance ($25,000 bond), Parole Violation Warrant (No Bond), and new charges of Resisting Arrest and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Trenton G. Sell, 22, of Ionia: Possession of a Controlled Substance.
