Is this Massive Doll House in Missouri Haunted?
In Kansas City on the campus of UMKC is the National Museum of Toys and Miniatures. There is lots of cool stuff to see there, but there’s also something really cool, large and kind of creepy.

There is a dollhouse exhibit with over thirty dollhouses to see from the 19th and 20th centuries. The highlight of which is a nine foot tall dollhouse called the Coleman House.
The Coleman Dollhouse was built in 1864 for a family in Pennsylvania. This playset would be immersive in any century, but you’d need a huge play area just to display this dollhouse.
I haven’t found any rumors or evidence of this civil war era dollhouse being haunted. Maybe it’s just the way it looks. Check this image from the National Museum of Toys and Miniatures I found that contains ominous dolls, and maybe I’m imagining it -or experiencing pareidolia, but I see faces lurking within those rooms and are those teeth being bared on the lower level??? On special occasions they will open the front of the dollhouse up so that you can see there's nothing malevolent in the rooms. Maybe it's the lack of commercial age style that is unsettling. The Coleman Dollhouse is 1 of 1.
I asked A.I. to render a haunted dollhouse. It did pretty well.
Makes me want to bust out the old Ghostbusters toys to see what they'd find…..Don’t think the museum would be cool with that. If you’re brave enough, go see the Coleman dollhouse in Kansas City.
