Pet Sounds Special Returns Tonight with Weezer’s ‘Death to False Metal’

Kids, I've finally gotten around to getting a new Pet Sounds special ready, and it's happening tonight at 9:00 p.m.  The winner with about 80% of the vote was the Weezer album 'Death to False Metal.'

It's a sort of compilation album that Rivers Cuomo feels is the logical follow up to their album 'Hurley.'   It basically took the songs that were rejected from the last few albums and put them all together on this album.  We'll play it tonight in full in three segments.  We'll have some interviews mostly with Rivers, but with some of the rest of the band too, to get you a little more information about their live shows and recording process.

So tune in tonight for some Weezer Weezin. I know I'm looking forward to it, since I've been a Weezer fan since about 1994 when the Blue Album came out.  Admittedly they lost me a little after Maladroit, but we should be back in fine form tonight.
