Open Door Development Director Michelle O’Donnell thanked all the letter carriers and volunteers who made the event a success, and of course all those who donated goods to the local food banks.

  We've all stared down the path of difficulty and just kept going.   And okay, maybe nobody helped you along your path - does that mean you didn't deserve help while you were walking?  Of course you did.

Open door is holding a paper and supplies drive throughout the month of March. Here's a list of what they need and where you can drop it off for them.

Open Door Service Center is holding their Minute to Win It Adult Game Night on September 9, 2023. Proceeds will help Open Door fight hunger in Pettis County.

"We set a goal of $5,000 and made it 54 percent there," O'Donnell said.

You might think, "Oh, that's all well and good, but... how can I help? I don't even know where to start!"  Well, why not start right here in Pettis County?

Open Door Service Center will hold a Food & Fund drive on Nov. 17 from 3 to 6:30 p.m. at both Woods Supermarket locations in Sedalia.

If you're looking for the perfect family Christmas card photo Inter-State Studio will take one under their Magic Tree. You just need to help Open Door.

The Open Door Service Center is taking donations now for their Thanksgiving Bags.

Tyson Foods is voluntarily recalling some frozen, fully cooked chicken that might be in your fridge or freezer. Some were in Open Door's Food Distribution.
